Jill Hawkins is a multidisciplinary creative lead and visual designer based in Boston, MA.

She has over 15 years of experience shaping brands in fast-paced agency environments. Her work lives at the intersection of strategy and aesthetics, balancing big-picture thinking with refined visual execution across mediums.

As Lead Creative at Earls, Jill brings brands to life through thoughtful, expressive design. She elevates visual storytelling by crafting content that resonates with people, from digital campaigns to experiential activations.

Jill is also the owner of Hadhawk, a digital shop born from the desire to create and share meaningful art with the world. In parallel, she continues to grow a network of collaborators through her freelance practice and is available for select partnerships.

Prior to joining Earls, Jill was a VP, ACD at 360PR+, where she led a talented team of content creators and steered the creative vision for digital platforms, social media, experiential marketing, websites, and beyond. Her career began at Ogilvy, where she honed her design craft under the guidance of strong mentors.

Jill holds a BFA in Graphic Design from the New England School of Art & Design at Suffolk University.
